HELP! FADING hair color... dark brown to light...?

Dyed my hair DARK brown two weeks ago and it's already faded! HELPPPP?

I've been trying to wash it every two/three days to save the color using a COLORSAFE shampoo. I have also laid off the heat styling. Nevertheless, my hair has faded to a boring reddish medium brown from a gorgeous deep dark chestnut.

HELP PLEASE!

Its possible you've been out in the sun too much. This can fade your hair. Talk to your stylist and ask them what is best for your hair and healthiest. It would be best if you try to get the person that did your hair. If you dyed your own hair, then talk to any hair stylist. Don't try to figure things out or try things out on your own.

Easy- dye it a darker color than last time, and it won't fade as quickly. Try a different brand of dye - I swear by Clairol. Make sure the color isn't out of date ,also Buy shampoos and conditioners that are colored hair friendly.
