I have dark hair dark brown eyes and tan skin like indian tan?

Someone plz help me I have dark hair dark brown eyes and indian tan skin i do have bit of under eye i would like to know wt colur of eyeliner should i wear at the bottom of my eyes i have to wear it at the bottom otherwise my eyes dont look nice cuz i have deep set of eyes and also wt colour of lip gloss should i wear to make my skin look nice and tan plz help me wt colour plzz i need help i tried brown eyeliner doesnt look too nice. grey makes them look tired and also makes my under eye look more worse plz help me i need to know wt colour of eyeliner and wt colour of lipgloss so i look nice and tan. i dont want to look light fair skin jus tan browinsh. plz help me
