Why do people in Europe have blond(e)/brown hair, and the rest of the world black?

And why is blond(e) hair predominantly in Northern Europe? What sort of adaptation caused different hair colors, why did they adapt that way? The way I understand it, black soaks in light and lighter colors reflect it. Why then do northerners, who would be coldest, want to reflect light, and others with black hair who come from predominantly hot areas, want to soak up light? I could even extend this question to race, since it's similar, and probably has similar adaptive reasons? Does it?

Why do people in Europe have blond(e)/brown hair, and the rest of the world black?

The blonde and other hari colors are resultant of mutations in pigmentation denominative genes. They lessen the amount of pigments that are found in the hair. Due to this fact, the hair appears lighter, or blonde.

And the blonde score is quite infamous. Sexual selection scattered the gene amongst the Europeans who had a recessive allele that caused the blonde gene to be dominant.

Amongst the Africans, and other populations around the world, the blonde gene was recessive, and so did not cause the owner of the gene to exhibit blonde characteristics. However there have been cases of blonde africans, see wikipedia.

Possibly a nethermost reason for these adaptions is that they are not adaptations but sexual selections, and genetic recessivity. A more venerable theory is that the amount of vitamin Ds a dark skinned person makes is low, as he happens to scatter more light while a pale skinned person makes more vitamin D, absorbing more light then a dark person, and so is somewhat advantaged in cooler climates such as Europe where sunlight is at a premium.

why are some ppl black and some white... it just has to due with the genes in countrys

Why do people in Europe have blond(e)/brown hair, and the rest of the world black?

I don't really know about this ecology stuff, but as i believe that they were originated as Caucasian, and mixing with other Indo-European spread throught Europe and Middle east.
