Most peoples' eyebrows are 2 shades darker than their natural hair color so it shouldn't look too unnatural. However, I would definitely recommend having your eyebrows shaped- they should frame your eyes, not draw attention away from them.

Also, going blonde gradually, with highlights, would probably look a lot more natural on someone starting with darker hair. I wouldn't advise just bleaching your hair to a light blonde straight away. If that's the look you want, I would advise getting it done professionally and have the salon color your eyebrows, too.
