That's exactly what i thought when i read the question. A light brown colour would compliment your skin. A dark brown with a red base would also look great (chocolate brown is one example).

I think reddish, or mahogany, highlights would be nice. You maintain your natural color, but have beautiful dancing color in the sunshine and light.

yes.. but your more than likely going to have to bleach your hair because color doesn't lift color. If you do have to bleach, use a filler all over your hair than put on the color.
