If you bleach it first, because that strips it of all its colour.

Hair needs colour correction 閳?this means bleaching hair to get rid of the gingerness and an ash toner put on.
This cant b done @ home, needs to b done @ a salon as home kits do not contain a high enough level of peroxide.
