John frieda shampoo: if someone has brown hair and uses the blonde shampoo...?

will it make their hair lighter? or will it just not effect it at all?

it will have no effect at all. the only reason they have them for seprate colors is beacause each one has special things in it to make that specific hair color shine and look birlliant. its better to use the one for ur hair color. but you can use blonde and it wont hurt ur hair.

i would say that it would make it lighter.. but only if you use it several times

I've done that before, and it made my hair look naturally highlighted, kind of like the sun did it. But i used it over and over, not just once.

no, it wont make it lighter. It doesnt have anything in it to do that. What it does do is if you have ARTIFICIALLY blonde hair, it helps keep it from getting dull and "bronzy"...

It would just make their hair a tiny bit lighter and give them natural looking highlights. =)
