Cut suggestions, and Highlights for dark brown hair?

A lot of people couldn't see my picture when I asked the question before, so here goes again. This is my picture -

I am sick of looking the same! I'd like to keep my hair reasonably long, so any funky cut suggestions? I'm also thinking of highlights - blending more than one colour, even - any suggestions as to how I should ask for it?

First I'd straighten my hair cuz that wavy-ness just is'nt working. Then I'd dye it a chocolate brown with carmeal highlight and lowlights.

i think you'd look good with short hair and a straight perm....

and then maybe highlight it.... (any color that is not close to dark brown. )

if you want to keep it long just get a straightener and for highlights just a lighter brown would blend but look natural

Length/Style:get it cut around shoulder length then get the dye n **** done

Colour:first of all get dyed 1 col like black ar chest nut or somein dark then get some like funky col for hilightes or streaks make it perminat
